How will my order be delivered?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our carrier is Australia Post, ensuring a door to door service to every corner of the country, through the postal service.

How long will it take for me to receive my delivery?

Please allow 4-10 days to receive your delivery. The delivery time frame will vary , depending on your location. Please note during holiday periods, your delivery may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be sent to you as quickly as possible, however no tracking will be available to show the delivery status of your order

What happens if I am not home when my package arrives?

Your order will be left at your home, even if you are not at home, unless the postman feels its unsafe to do so. In the event the postman feels its unsafe to leave the parcel, a card will be left for you to collect from your nearest post office.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will not have to sign for you delivery, unless you are asked to collect it from your local post office. Your local post office may ask for you to sign when collecting the item.

Can I send my order to a PO Box or military address?

We can deliver to any Po Box Address in Australia.

Can you deliver to my Work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Company Name, and your name in the shipping information of your order so the order is sent to the correct address.

What should I do if my order has not arrived after 10 days?

We apologise to you if our order has not arrived. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. The Australia post service we use, does not have tracking, so it is unlikely we will be able to find where your parcel may have gone. We ask you to please contact our Customer Service Department to advise us of this incident ,so we can ensure we improve our service to you for the next time.

Can you ship my order internationally?

At this stage we will can only ship product to you within Australia.

What should I do if my parcel packaging is damaged, but the product is not broken?

We try our best to ensure your parcel is sent to you in perfect condition. We apologise to you if you have received an order with damaged packaging. If the product is still intact, you can probably still use this product, however if you are not sure, then please throw it away. We ask you to please contact our Customer Service Department to advise us, so we can ensure we improve our service to you for the next time.

What should I do if my product is damaged, and the parcel packaging is not broken?

We try our best to ensure your parcel is sent to you in perfect condition. We apologise to you if you have received an order with damaged product. Please do not use this product, and throw it away. We ask you to please contact our Customer Service Department to advise us,so we can ensure we improve our service to you for the next time.

If I order more than one item will they be packed together?

Each order may have different packaging requirements, and so each order is sent out to you as a separate package. At times a campaign may offer two products together, and if advertised as such, then it will be packaged and sent to you together.
